About the Flags of Freedom American History Project
The Flags of Freedom American History Project (the “Project”) is an educational outreach program from “Flags of Freedom Trilogy” series author, Walter Franklin Davis, and publisher, Positive Force Press.
Its mission is to Entertain, Engage, Educate, Inspire, and Motivate students, young Americans, and all American history buffs, to learn more about, and develop a life-long interest in, the study of American History. Together with our Partners and Collaborators including a broad range of Individuals, Businesses, Nonprofits, Schools, Educators, Content Creators, and Historical Institutions, we’ll help more Americans learn about the roles that America’s many flags played in helping to write the 2,500 year epic adventure story of “How America Became America.”
The core of the Flags of Freedom American History Project is “The Flags of Freedom Trilogy” a new three-volume series of American History and Flag books that provide the core educational content and teaching tools. The Project’s primary mission is to engage young peoples’ imaginations with these unique narrative-nonfiction books designed to increase knowledge of, a life-long interest in, and a deep love for American History, Flags, and America.

The Project is a Long-Term “Grassroots” Collaborative Educational Initiative whose goals include:
1. To Grow Greater Knowledge of America’s Flags and History for all Americans, and for Young Americans in particular.
7. To Reverse America’s Twin Public Education Crises: “Youth Illiteracy of American History,” and “Declining Patriotism and Love of Country.”
